1. If you have to cancel your booking, please ensure you contact us 24-hours before your appointment time. If you fail to contact within this time, a call out fee will be charged.

2. The location of the vehicle must provide suitable parking.

3. The location of the vehicle must provide at least one electrical socket.

4. Customers must provide locking wheel nut key. PureAlloyWheels are not liable if wheels cannot be removed.

5. Wheels must be cleaned before appointment for showroom-finish results.
